  The slightly higher price is worth not only the service, but the food as well! I came in here 30 minutes before they closed and they had huge smiles on their faces, sang a small ditty about ice cream, and then efficiently put all my ice cream into the container. It was fantastic.

  It's not the fact that we waited in line for 30 minutes when there was only 3 people in front of us that I'm giving them 1 star. The cleanliness is why im giving them 1 star. The girl never wiped off the slab, resulting in my boyfriends order having an ice cream he doesnt like mixed in with his. If he had an allergy to something that could have been bad. Mine was gross. She barely put any of the toppings on it and my brownie was stale. She kept touching her face and glass and never washed her hands. Disgusting. She never apologized for our wait or acknowledge us waiting. The people in front of us received a discount for their wait and we did not and waiting longer. I would have been fine with an apology for the wait. Their bathroom trash was over flowing as well.

  I love it, I love walking in and you smell the fresh waffle cones and all the yummy ice cream. Prices recently went up, I think size should have a bit as well. But it's awesome.
