  2/16/17, 2:45p. Drive thru backed up. No one taking orders after automated greeting activates. No signs warning of problem. Customers eventually pull forward to window and find small sign saying they're closed due to not enough employees! I dont know if this was connected to the A Day Without Illegals protest but what an example of poor management. If you are concentrating on hiring too many illegals or even legal immigrants who are supposed to be here as they claim to work, not be activists, then the owners/franchisee owe customers adequate staffing with employees that will work and do the job, not put their personal politics before their jobs. You lost customer$ over this.

  I was there earlier because my two-year-old asked me really nicely for some fries. I ordered a Happy Meal & 2 cheap burgers. I get to the window and pay, notice the price is a little less than what I anticipated but paid anyways. I get to the window to get my order and I get a bag with a sandwich and a small fry. I say "where's the kid's meal?" And the woman says "no, that isn't what you ordered. You have it." Umm no, that is not what I ordered. After arguing with her for a minute or two, she snatches my reciept and hands me my daughter's food. I ask where my sandwiches are and she I don't need it, waves me off and shuts the window. I will never go back again!
