  For my first visit to Hart's Mesa, I came in for lunch on a Saturday. The restaurant was nearly at capacity, so that was a good sign. The food did not disappoint. I ordered steak fajitas. I withheld one star from my rating because the steak was overcooked and tough. Aside from that, everything else was delicious. I asked for some of their hottest hot sauce. The waiter brought me a small, plastic cup of some creamy, orangish sauce. I'm not sure what was in it (habanero perhaps?), but it had wonderful flavor. It wasn't very hot, but the flavor was so good that I will be sure to ask for it again.
