  The only good thing about this place anymore is the lady that appears to be the head waitress. She is fantastic, and works with mediocre staff, and only half a menu. I kid you not, I came in tonight and literally half the menu was gone.
  
  No noodles of any kind. No fries. No fruit. No cottage cheese. No soup. The tbone that they're usually out of was horrid. I asked for medium rare, closer to rare. It was cold and gray. It was old.
  
  The assistant manager straight up admitted they don't get enough food. Two days a week they get food in. For a 24 hour restaurant. And admitted that she has to come out every day and talk to customers that are upset because the food is bad. Every day. And apparently that's...Normal? No. It's not. That's horrible.
  
  After me laying this all out for her, she finally said I didn't have to pay for it, or the single salad that had been eaten by that point. But even though she said she was sorry, her tone and body language said that she refused to accept blame for it.
  
  Lori the waitress came up after and apologized again. I told her not to. She's the best waitress I've ever seen handle half a menu and constantly having to tell the customer that they're out. I tipped her big regardless.
  
  But I won't be coming back to this location anymore.

  Their nice safe great customer service. It a nice gale by the name Lori believes she work graveyard she's the best. Hope she make manger soon. K^ep great work Lori
