  Super disapointed with how service has become from the first day of opening with the new owner to now. Its like night and day! We went there tonight and it took forever at the drive through intercom to get any response to order and when I asked a question regarding if they accepted the coupons via Mcdonalds App I couldnt get a straight answer from the lady, she continued to cut me off and laugh with her coworkers atleast four times. When I finished ordering she asked if the screen looked correct I said "no im missing my chicken nuggets" and she didnt respond after that, so after saying it once more I was fed up and said im just going to pull up. Then upon paying my order was all messed up that they asked me to go inside to add more items, I requested to see a manager and all she could do was listen to me rant and just offered to fix it through the drive through pay station instead of having me go in. Then picking up my order at the next window I headed home and checked my two spicy mcchickens and I insisted that I cant have mayo and what you know big globs of mayo on both mcchickens. Such a fail, thanks i hope you read this. #terribleservice
  
  Forgot to include overhearing through the window one person was waiting in lane 2 for awhile and didnt get any service and another person also requested to speak to a manager. #trainyouremployees

  My service was great but I was really disappointed when I opened my filet-o-fish to find a half a slice of cheese!!! $3.99 they charge for this and they can only use a half a slice of cheese???? I paid less than a dollar for this in high school and it had lettuce!! So disappointed.... Ugh
